課程介紹

項(xiàng)目成本管理就是要確保在批準(zhǔn)的預(yù)算內(nèi)完成項(xiàng)目，具體項(xiàng)目要依靠制定成本管理計(jì)劃、成本估算、成本預(yù)算、成本控制四個(gè)過(guò)程來(lái)完成。本課程采用國(guó)際上先進(jìn)的成本管理方法論，結(jié)合中國(guó)本土企業(yè)的實(shí)際情況，以豐富案例為主線(xiàn)，使學(xué)員了解最佳項(xiàng)目成本控制體系，并能切實(shí)有效降低項(xiàng)目成本，實(shí)現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目?jī)r(jià)值與企業(yè)價(jià)值最大化。
